I just graduated this year, class of 09!
Well in spite of it all, I did pretty bad during my time in H.S. (low GPA 2.1) but did okay on SAT (1830). I was left with pretty much the only option of either, going to a CC for two years and try a shot at a four-year Uni/state school OR joining the USAF as an enlisted and take some college courses online while there (free tuition) then continue school after my service.
I'm partial to the idea of moving out earlier and serving my country in the AF, versus staying home and working two years to transfer to a four-year, where my credits might not even transfer. At least in the military I'll have earned some money and built a good track record to put towards my resume.
Need some opinions... thanks.
