I am interested in finding out what offshore tax haven country has the least red tape when it comes to incorporating and then being able to set up a banking account. I am very familiar with how U.S. corporations are formed and have experience in this, as well setting up the banking without ever setting foot in a State office or bank. I am looking to replicate the same formula elsewhere offshore. I've looked into panama which allows me to incorporate the business without myself actually being there, but i need to be present to open the bank account, and i cant go to another country with the panamanian articles and open up a bank account becuase the want me to be incorporated in that country. So as you can see its either one way or the other? Has anyone had any experience with setting up offshore banking without being present as well as incorporating?
