Best North Face backpack for college?

I've seen a couple and narrowed it down to Jester and Recon... but they're so expensive. What do you think?

Jester, Recon, Borealis, Slingshot, Hot Shot, etc.
 
northface is kinda played out now. it's old school. i was rocking them in HS back in the 90's. i would go either a skateboarding brand or lowepro..not sure if lowepro makes bookbags though.
