Identifying my food allergies and staying away from the fooRAB helped me. I think the worst one by far though was a gluten intolerance I had. Anxiety and panic attacks disappeared after that. The only time those symptoms came back was when I ate some food with a particular allergen that I was sensitive to.
A great book I read last year had similar stories to my own story. The book is called "Don't Drink Your Milk." In the book, a psychiatrist began finding out that the "mental illnesses" that his patients were suffering from had were due to food allergies or sensitivities. Once he was able to identify what the trigger fooRAB were for his particular patient, their anxiety or depression would vanish after going off of the offending food or fooRAB. It's a lot like my story and only wish I could've found that to help me sooner. Anyways, it's something to think about!
