Best MX bike for 12 year old, CRF150r, 100r, or YZ85?

Im 12 years old and bout 5 ft 3. I dont know if i should get a YZ85 or CRF100, 150 etc.

About 3 years ago i had a PW-80. And currently have a 140 pit bike which i am selling.
