I've lost about 12 pounds within the last 10 months. The thing is that I have done no exercise to promote this weight loss. Anyway...I am a 25 year old man (birthday in Sept.), 5,9, 138 lbs. This GERD diet I'm on means I'm not getting as much calcium and other nutrients as I should be. I've bought individual supplements, but now I'm seeking some more all-encompassing. What is the best multi-vitamin on the market? Centrum? One-a-Day Men's? Or something else?
