Best MSN Messenger enabled phone w/ keyboard

i'm looking to move to HK later this year and I'd to be able to continually keep in touch with friends/gf on the go with a MSN enabled phone. I understand that regular phones such as RAZR are MSN enabled but I don't exactly wanna have convo's on something like that.

Aside from MSN, i don't really have anything else requested aside from
-mp3 ringtones
-bluetooth
-no real need for MS office applications etc
-nothing TOO expensive

I would recommend an HP iPaq 6315, tho it's a PDA smartphone. It has everything you need. Price isn't that bad, around 240 for a brand new ones.
 
ebay. My brother just bought one from user id "consumersolutions." He got it for only 217 plus 26 shipping.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, that price is in US Dollars. I thought you live in the US.
