Best method for feeding crickets to my Bearded Dragon?

I can't figure out the best way to feed him his crickets. I have tried dumping like 10 in his cage.. but they just hide. I have tried taking everything out of his cage... but that just freaks him out. I have tried bowl feeding them.. and putting him in a seperate cage for feeding but with no luck. Please just share your method for feeding crickets. Thnx
