the best way to cook italian is going there mingling with the locals, my ex girlfriend was italian and made a wicked ragu tradtional ingredients include celery,carrots,garlic,onions,pork belly etc like i say the best way to find out is to go there but italians can be very secretive of there best dishes, happy cooking!!
