I want to do a sport like kick-boxing or Brazilian Ju Jitsu to get into shape. Preferably something that helps me tone up and build muscle, but also allows me to lose body fat.
I'm just having trouble finding which sport to do. I would prefer doing something that I can take classes in, because I need someone to push me and show me technique.
So what do you guys think? What sport should I take classes in.
