It is hard to find, most trade on being ugly.
For hiking shoes you need a firm sole, with good grip.
But if you decide against dedicated hiking shoes, you could try cross trainers, skate shoes (some hikers swear by them), or just walking shoes (these have less grip than hiking shoes, so not so good for mountains, but good for everything else)
