I have a 1999 Camaro. I know it's a V6, but I will get a V8 in the future. Right now I have a hiflow cat converter, catback, flowmaster muffler, dual exhausts, and the car sounds great for a V6.
I am in the process of installing a cold air intake.
My last plan to make the car sound really loud and perform great will be a set of headers.
Which headers are recommended for this car that will make it extremely loud?
How much do they cost(pair)?
How much does it cost to have them installed?
How long does it take for them to be installed?
Do you recommend big named car shops like Strauss, Menikie, or go to smaller named shops?
Will the headers adversely affect the life of the car/engine? Is it safe basically?
