Best HD VID RECORDING/NEED YOUR HELP!

Alright, there are Iphone 4 music videos out there, though I've seen none for Android phones. So lets see if we can make something happen here.

I was talking to my buddy (hip hop artist) out in LA about the whole ordeal, and he may be making this happen if the quality is good enough to execute. Though obviously the videos on youtube aren't true quality coming from the phone.

I need to know the best phone that shoots HD VID, and if possible (if you have the phone) I need a file of the best quality HD VID (something that shows off the camera's power) to present to him to get him on board with this.

Any help here would be super awesome.

Here's a good comparison of the top two HD recoding Android phones. The Droid X vs Captivate/Galaxy S family. We was saving this for a later date lol. We all know the camera is better and weak LED flashes aren't necessary. Anybody with any type of knowledge of cameras and good pictures knows that.
 
To be honest, they both look great, but the Droid X looks better on that video IMO. Yeah, the Samsung was brighter, but to a fault. The DX looks, and especially sounds, more natural to me. Can't lose either way though. You can't say either one looks bad. So we all win.
 
The thing is I was looking for videos that weren't on youtube, actual files.i got the droid x covered and got the vibrant today so I think I have my bases covered.i will let you guys know if he ends up doing the video.
