S Sara New member Mar 3, 2010 #1 im 5'4" and 155 lbs. i recently gained 15-20 lbs but have always had a weight problem(i know im not huge but its still a problem) my problem areas are my lower abdomin, butt, and upper arms..what are some good workout routines that would help.
