I go about 6 - 7 time in a gym and know it very well. I am not looking for a book for begging or something explaining how to do bench press, I am looking for interesting modern books to get inspiration to challenge my body in a new way, try new routines, new exercise, more information about what should be taken in and what should not, how much etc I ordered some books from amazon but they all seem a bit dull and not really what I was looking for. Can anyone recommend their inspiration sources, supplement, experience, routine etc I know not everyone likes to share... but if you scratch my back i scratch yours))) Please help. I subscribed long time ago Mens Health, but every month they showing all same routine in different variations, nothing interesting, now I subscribed to Mens Fitness, seem more or less exactly the same like other, can't find any interesting books.
