Best GM in baseball as of now?

Gillick, why because this is his third world series win and he helped bring a trophy to the city of brotherly love. There are many good one though. Tampa's, boston. The yanks have one of the worst the guy never has prospects thats why the yanks are too old to compete now.
 
It's hard to pin that label on just one guy since each team's payroll is so different but in my opinion I'd say that Walt Jocketty, Theo Espstein and Billy Bean have proven that they are definitely three of the best.

I wouldn't say Andrew Friedman of the Rays is the best yet because alot of the talent on this rays team was already in the organization before he got there. But in the future if he manages to retain most of that talent and keep the Rays competitive then he'll prove himself as one of the best.
 
Homer Jay Simpson or Kenny McCormick. Hard to choose.

Note: I wouldn't leave Cookie Monster out of the race!
