Best gaming phone?

Hello, in terms of 3D Gaming which phone / pocket PC / Smartphone or anything that is still a phone , is the strongest? I don't think n93 is really strong :| do you?

I know phone pocket pC's are very powerfull with good processor speeds, is this true? and which games do they have? (Best ones).

If there just was a ringing PSP !!!
