the other day my best friend told me she wasnt eating really, she went through a run through of what she's eaten in the last few days it could couldnt have been more than 800 calories. im suffering from anxiety myself and this isnt really helping relieve my situation. she told me that she liked how she was skinnier. the thing is she's not fat, at all. she's 5'3" and 120 lbs. i want to get her help and i want to help her but i dont know how to help her and help myself with my anxiety. does anyone know how i could help her? she doesnt want me to tell anyone but i feel like i have to.
