Best Free Web Host for a charity recycled fashion/art show?

I'm organizing a charity recycled fashion and art show, and I'd like to create a website to sort of condense information- the who what where why kind of things- and I'd like to know where would be the best to create such a website. I know basic css and html, and I'd really prefer to build it myself.

P.S. I already plan on putting up fliers, etc, and putting it up on facebook, I just want another mode of advertisement.
