I do almost no exercise and I want to get healthy. However, I'm also a teenager, and at an age where controlling your emotions is difficult enough as it is (hormones), I feel that also being forced to deal with your family when you have been tired of them for years, and having schoolwork on top of that, stress is annoyingly high. And exercise is supposed to reduce it.
So my question is, are there certain exercises that do a better job at reducing stress, while still providing a good cardiovascular workout and toning up muscle and NOT involving going to the gym? To exercise, I need something that you don't have to focus on the fact that your exercising (examples: biking, rock wall climbing, swimming; anti-examples: aerobics, running, "exercise machines").
