For me it has to be that line from the Terminator 2 trailer

if you thought you had seen it all look again

I like the T2 teaser trailer where he is slowly built

As a massive Bond Fan I will have to go for the licence To Kill
Tagline as the best slogan ever

When You Get On His Bad Side Your Number Is Up
 
Even though it's a shit film, I think the tag-line for Dude, Where's My Car is good...

"After a night they can't remember, comes a day they'll never forget!"

Special mention to Shawshank Redemption too...
