BEST EYE PRIMER for dry, creasing, monolids? (with a thicker formula)?

**URBAN DECAY PRIMER POTION DIDN'T WORK.
I was thinking a primer with a thicker formula will help my eye shadow not crease. I have monolids so lots of the skin is folded into my eye, making the sliver of skin right above my eye CREASE SOOOO MUCH. the color isn't as vibrant and doesn't stay on as well either.
anyone who also has dry monolids and uses eyeshadow with a successful primer?
