Best exhaust for a chevy truck?

OK, i have a 2002 chevy ext cab 4.8l engine, and i want a loud and a good sounding exhaust on it, right now i believe i have a flowmaster 40 series single in dualed out, was thinking about doing a true dual system with an X pipe, but didn't know if the setup i have atm is better or if there is another option out there
