Best exercises for upper abs, lower abs, and obliques with no machines?

I like doing ab exercises between sets in my weight training
My weight training is usually 2 hrs. a day about 4 different types and 10 sets each
I switch uppers one day
obliques the next
lower abs after that and continue
with one day off a week
Whats the best workout for a good burn?
