I love to exercise in my room. Don't like to run outdoors or walk or anything and all I own is an elliptical trainer, a stationary bicycle, weight, and a jumping rope. Mostly, I would do DVD workouts and when I get sick of them, I would use the machines I own. What can I do to burn fat with the things I own? Any effective DVD workouts? I'm only 15 years old by the way and not that fat, 5'3 and 112 pounds. Thanks.
