I'm 27 years old, 5'5" and i weigh 115lbs, i'm not looking to get abs or anything, i'm just looking to tighten my stomach a litte, what is the best exercise, i do crunches but they dont help.
also what is the best exercise to make my upper arms not so flabby? I don't want musular arms just not flabby arms.
