Best Exercise Routine?

Hi,
I'm looking to lose about 50 pounds in about 2.5 months (minus a 2 or 3 weeks). I'm 17, about 5'4'' and 180 pounds. I have daily access to a gym and plenty of time in the day to exercise. Diet-wise I eat relatively healthy, just a little too much. I plan to cut down on snackage and drink more water and less soda. I'm really looking for a good exercise routine to stick to. What are the best exercises to do for the most weight loss, how much time should I do them, how often, what combinations, etc. Thanks guys!!
