Hi i notice i have a weird body type where everything i eat goes to my ass and thighs. My arms and face seems to be unaffected by weight gain. I realize in a few years. IF i continue my lifestyle i will eventually look like this http://i2.asntown.net/ha/mix3/cops/such_fat_cops_640_09.jpg
What i'm asking is exercise routines which i can do every week. I don't have access to a gym cause they are extremely far away from me. What do i eat? do i go on a all fruit week or something? I will do running if i have to. You guys just have to tell me how long and how far. How many times a week. Anything that i can do at home will help too.
I'm around 154 pounds.
