I need to lose at least 25 pounds by May 15th, I do not want to bulk up the areas I want to slim are my stomach thighs and waist. I want really thin thighs and a flat stomach.
My Workout Routine: 2 times a day for an hour 7 days a week
60 standard crunches
60 side crunches (per side)
60 hip thrusts
40 squats
4 mile walking dvd
Plus I'm on weight watchers. Again I don't want to bulk up i just want to get thinner in the areas mentioned above. Any suggestions on what can help me get the weight off quicker or any suggestions on workout routines
