I'm cursed with the slowest metabolism probably possible.
The only time I've effectively lost weight was when I barely snacked for meals and went on a two mile walks every afternoon.
I couldn't stand the diet, it wasn't healthy nor was it smart.
Since my diet has changed, I've gained all the weight I lost back and then some.
Suggestions?
