hi, i need a cheap drugstore tinted moisterizer and concealer. i am 14 and i cant get those higher end department store beauty products (i'll tell you that before some of you start yelling at me for being "cheap")
ok, so the best concealer i have used before is maybelline double ended face perfector, but it didnt last all day, even with powder. other concealers i've used made my under eye circles gray, and caked up when i tried to conceal blemishes. i would like a concealer around 10 dollars.
maybelline unstoppable eyeliner is the only eyeliner i tried before. however, it smudged so badly, i never wanted to use eyeliner again. so please tell me the best eyeliner that works for you, and again, please keep it around 10 dollars

and one last thing. i heard that pressed powders and mineral makeup are good for students who have physical education, because its lighter and waterproof. is that true? if so, i also heard that the covergirl pressed powder is also good.
