Best diet to lose and tone stomach and arm fat?

Hi,

Am 26yrs old mother of 2 .5 yr baby. I am with a weight of 57kg who has arm fat and stomach as the main issue for which am going to gym for around 3 weeks now. Am pure vegetarian and specifying my diet here under. Please let me know if I would have to change my diet or routine to reduce to 52kg , which means 5 kg I would like to reduce. Please let me know immediately because around Jan mid I will be moving to UK and before which I would like to lose my extra post delivery weight of 5 kg and back to my old position predelivery .My cousin sister always says am fat , etc which hurts me a lot.

My diet.

Morning - Breakfast (dosa, upma,bread) + bornvita one glass at 10 am .

Noon - Lunch ( Rice, with some vegetables anc curry-no curd) around 3pm

Eve - One glass of Bornvita rarely some snacks like chips etc but not often .

Night - Dinner ( chapathi /poori with subji) - at around 10pm.

I go to bed at around 12:30am because my husband comes around 11pm. I drink around 6 glasses of water a day. I generally dont like curd. Weekends we eat out say some rotis or rice.

I am regularly doing weight training and cadio at gym for an hr and go for a walk around 30 mins. Do all my household work at home alone. Please let me know how long should I wait to reduce 5-6 kgs. Also If I need to change any of my diet please tell me frankly.

From today am planning not to take dinner at night instead I eat 2 apples with one glass of orange juice or milk.

Will Sreedhareeyam smart lean capsule taking one time before food daily reduce my weight. Also If I have plain honey in empty stomach will reduce weight. I need to reduce all together before Jan. Just 1 month is there for me. I tried honey with lemon, but the taste started vomiting in me. I dint like it. Please if there are any good dietians or trainers please reply for me.
