...exercise)? I've never been a particularly petite person. I've always been about average with a little belly (big enough to not let me wear a bikini but i'm not huge). I've always had a terribly low metablism. And though I don't eat much, i'm a terrible picky eater (hate all vegetables & seafood, barely eat meat) and instead of eating real food, i just snack on chips, candy, jello, pop tarts, ect. and i only drink Ginger Ale (to help my metabilism). So being on a diet is terribly difficult for me. And as a bipolar depressant, i have a terribly low amount of energy & have a difficult time exercising.
As a teen I use to take diet pills (Stacker 2 & Trim Spa). Stacker 2 worked at first and i started losing weight. But then it stopped & just kept me at the same amount & wen i stopped taking them, i gained alot of weight. Trim Spa didn't work.
When i turned 20, my boyfriend broke up with me and i got so depressed that i stopped eating for a week -got sick and ended up in the hospital. After that i barely ate for about a month and lost a ton of weight. I'm 5'8, I WAS 180 pounds, and now was about 147.
I was finally content with my weight and managed to keep from gaining back my chub, until a couple months after wen i got pregnant. Now (8 months pregnant) I weight 188 pounds! After I give birth & heal up, it's important to me that I lose weight. I plan on doing a light work out, eating better (as much as i can) and taking diet pills.
From ur experience, wat was the best diet pill for u? Something i can get at the local drug store, not online or any kind of ordering. I rather hear what helped other people than to just go and pick out the most expensive kind and have it not work. When i was 14, i found some herbal diet pill in my Nana's cabinets and started taking them and they worked great. But i dont remember wat they were called.
FYI: I'm 21, i don't plan on taking the diet pills until AFTER the baby's born NOT while i'm pregnant. I dont want to hear "just diet and exercise" becuz that hasn't worked for me in the past, it's very difficult for me, and i just need a little more help than that.
