Best cord to hook new Macbook Pro to Samsung HD TV?

I just recently bought a brand new 13" Macbook Pro and want to hook it up to my Samsung LCD HD TV. I want to be able to watch movies from my laptop on my TV, and also be able to use dual screen so I can watch a movie on the TV and still do stuff on my Macbook. What cord should I buy to make this work the most effectively?
