Best clamshell camera phone

I was wondering, which flip phone under $500 that is available now or in the near future in Canada has the best quality photos. I do not have a real digital camera yet, I would like a camera on a clamshell phone that has near-digicam quality.

I have recently lost faith that the Nokia 6126, the phone I have been waiting for for several months, is the perfect phone; this review for the 6131 review proved that its camera is decent, but not that good.

(Yes, I have found many other similar threads, but this one is more specific.)
 
in terms of under 500 for a 3 meg pix phone, I think the p850 would be the best, but if you can go over, then the se k800 or sharp 903.
 
The SE k800 isn't a flip phone, so that is out.

Even so, the 903 still seems to be the best camera phone out there. The pictures are "equal" to better than SE's newest 3 mpx phones. It's just expensive, has firmware issues, and is a bit hard to find as it's out of production.

Is the P850 actually available in Canada; if so, which carrier? Also, BTW, as in $500, I mean actually buying the phone, without being on any terms. Looking at this page at GSM Arena, it looks really expensive?

But to tell the truth, anything that can make good photos with at least 640x480 resolution is good enough. Cheaper is better for me.
