Best City in the world for a journalist/author?
I want to be a journalist/author or something similar. Where in the world should I move in order to have the greatest chance of succeeding my goal? I'm currently living in Australia but i feel like I could do so much more in a major City like New York or L.A or London. Plus I've been to New York and I absolutely loved it, i think I'm far better suited for places like this.
Any help would be appreciated. Just don't tell me to stay in Sydney and I would also far prefer a very liberal place.
btw i was an English major and have all the appropriate credentials
