I have a daughter that will be 8 this Summer.I think it's time she learn about the facts of life.We're Christian and we prefer a Christian based book but I have no idea what to use.I don't need a book that just explains sex I need one that explains how the changes a girl goes through also.Does anyone have any suggestions?
If I must be more clear:I need a book that I can read TO her and WITH her.I do not have any intention of shoving a book in her hand,tossing her in her room and letting her figure it out on her own.I'm a older mom who had a older mom.Sex was a dirty word in our house growing up and I do not have a easy time explaining it to a child.I need something to help me out and she's the type kid who has to see it in black and white before she belives it.
