Best CGI Animation software for me?

I'm 13 years old, I worked with Flash5 and Photoshop when I was 10. I decided I'd like to animate movies for Pixar when I'm older, and need to do some software shopping. I have Photoshop. I need a software that is not too expensive. I'm only 13 so I do not have a student email to download the free student trials. I'd like to stay under $500, but free if possible. I'm willing to take time to read and fuigure out the software. I will be using my PC. I do not want a program only for modeling, I'm looking for animation with modeling.
