Best ceramic, tourmaline, and/or wet to dry flat iron?

Hi!
Recently I cut my hair, and the women cut it waaaayyyy to short :/
I have curly hair, so now I'm going to try to keep it straight until it gets longs enough to look nice while curly. I want to buy a really good straightener that won't be too bad on my hair (for example, a $20 straightener is definitely not as good at an $80 straightener).

I had the Herstyler, colorful seasons ceramic flat iron. And it was ok. I would probably get it again, if I felt that it was the best out there.

What type of flat iron do ya'll think is the best between:
1.100% ceramic
2. tourmaline
3. wet to dry flat iron.

DO you think a wet to dry flat iron is better than a regular flat iron?
And of your favorite straighteners, would you all mind telling me specific names. For example, if you just say the "Chi", it wouldn't really help because "Chi" has a lot of different types of flat irons.

Thank you for all the help!
