So this is what I am looking for:
-Good coverage in the Augusta/Gardiner area
-Reasonable price (40ish or less)
-Good Phones (maybe smartphones?)
Prepaid would also be nice
My main use of communication is texting and internet. Talking is kind of secondary for me.
