My car was totaled recently, and I have to say after years of paying premiums, I was not happy with the type of service I received afterwards from my current car insurance.
My insurance guy never seems to want to answer his phone, along with the fact that after the accident, they ruled my car a total loss but are now trying to charge me for a bogus fee of "previous damage". (This is my first car accident ever. I have no previous damage) My car insurance was cheap, but maybe you only get what you pay for.
How satisfied are you with your car insurance? Who would you recommend? Are the "big guys" any better then smaller companies?
