I bought the Grey's Anatomy Season 2 DVD Collection at Best Buy a long time ago, and just yesterday I used Disc Four for the first time and found out that no DVD player will recognize it as a DVD and it has a strange circle-shaped scratch and a couple of long straight scratches. I have NEVER EVEN TOUCHED the DVD... I don't have my receipt. Is there any way I can send the company a complaint, or any way I can buy just Disc Four? I've already tried eBay and couldn't find it.
