I am in need of a budget exercise bike. I want it to be under 200 dollars (US) but I am willing to spend like 30 dollars more if need be. Please give links and advise and personal experience.
If you have a bicycle you would be better off with a trainer. For the best value I would look on Ebay or Craig's list for something used that is local so you don't have to pay the shipping charges. People buy these things all the time with good intentions but turn it into a cloths rack fairly quickly.
