Which breed of owl is best to make a pet with? I am fascinated with Owls. I think an owl would make a perfect exotic bird to friend with REGARDLESS OF U.S LAWS (sorry had to cap to make clear and avoid spam answers, thank you) In the U.K and Japan it's LEGAL and obviously with reason so please answer with respect to which breed is best.
