I used to take figure skating lessons. My old skates are too small and I want to get new ones. I would mainly be using them for recreational use and want them to be comfortable. I was considering the Jackson Soft Skate Glacier GS180. The only thing is I want to still be able to do extremely basic spins and Waltz jumps (so basically I want a decent toe-pick and blade.)
I still want the boot to be comfortable. My old skates were so painful I hated to get back on the ice. My budget is $100 but I'd prefer less than $75. I could try another brand besides Jackson, but they're the only ones I have experience with.
