I'm trying to learn about Foucault's concept of governmentality for a paper I have to write but I haven't been able to find that definitive book or journal article which sets out exactly what the concept is in sufficient detail.
So far I've read Foucault's Security, Territory, Population and it's sequel, Dean's book called Governmentality, and a few articles by Rose, as well as his book called Powers of Freedom.
Can anyone recommend me some other books and articles worth reading to clarify my thinking on this subject?
