When searching amazon three books came up. 'Build Your Own Web Site The Right Way Using HTML & CSS' published in 2008, 'HTML, XHTML, and CSS, Sixth Edition (Visual Quickstart Guide)' published in 2006 and 'Head First HTML with CSS & XHTML' published in 2005.
The head first one seems to be presented or written badly from the reviews I've read so its between the visual quick guide or the build your own website. Or if anyone has any better, more recent books please recommend them.
