Best bang for your buck quad band phone? 850/1900etc

Looking for a best bang for your buck quad band phone.

Requirements:
Looks: "Something for the parents" but still a little nice.
Function: My parents don't need 3megapixel camera, or even 2.0, but
bonuses always welcome.
Price: Cheaper than K800, Around Less tha $200? Or around there

Is this possible? What do you guys think?
I dug around a little and can't find a decent mobile search engine that can look up specs based on quad band, etc. Thanks for the help, I just started viewing Mobile forums and don't know all my way around, although I'm learning bit by bit.

W810i is a quad band, it's a 2.0 MP camera as well, MP3 phone, pretty nice look

it's fairly cheap as well, are you signing a contract or just buying it off?

Signing a contract in an area in Los Angeles

They're giving me $480 credit in phones , I can pick n choose.

what carrier are you with anyway? with $480 credits, can't you pick a way better one? if your signing contract...I would take the best one available

L7 slvr you can get unlocked for around 200 also i second the w810.

I would go for a L7 too. Cheap, rugged, classy and great signal.

I might upgrade 6101 to an L7

The T329 feels inferior in all ways compared to the LG VX8600verizon phone I was using before, but its not really a fair comparison
