I need to use Sudocrem on both armpits but it will go onto my clothing and bedding, the stuff is horrible. So I will need to use bandages of some sort but I

I would suggest a folded piece of gauze or cotton pad placed directly on the arm pit with gauze tape across it and securing it to outside of the arm pit.

Am not familiar with metric measurements that well or the brand names you mention, but I say if the cotton and gauze is the right size for the area you need and the tape is sufficient to stick where you need it, it should be fine.
