Best att phone right now?

im about to get a att phone and i really have no idea what is out right now. Right now i have a blackberry curve and i love it but had it for years and i need to upgrade! Not sure if i want another one or not. Ive looked into the Pantect Impact and i kinda like it but not sure. Ive had an iphone and a lg vu but i dont like them so much.
Just curious of what kind of phone you have and do you like it?
